M&F Asset Management and Modifications

The Asset Management group sees to continuous improvement of the operational management, the availability of the utility systems and optimizing the maintenance processes. This team analyses the pharmaceutical quality, performance, reliability and costs of these processes and activities. By using the most modern techniques, the team searches for performance improvement and take care of implantation. Applied techniques are FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), Root Cause Analysis and other elements from Reliability Engineering.

The modification team prepares the (technical) adaptations to installations and equipment and carries these out together with partner companies. This is all done in consultation with internal clients. We aim at high customer satisfaction and optimal operational management.

Facility

The Facility department consists of a small group, very motivated professionals, who see to it that their Centocor colleagues can do their job without any interference.  They supply the office staff with modern, well maintained working space, provide good and affordable catering, professional security systems, friendly receptionists, efficient mail delivery, etc. A customer friendly service desk is the central point of contact for all Facility related questions. Facility also sees to it that Centocor employees in the Clean rooms are supplied with the correct specific clothing. Service, service mindedness and customer friendliness are of the utmost importance for the Facility department.

Maintenance and Utilities

For the production of our medicines, the Maintenance and Utilities employees work together on the availability of the equipment and the delivery and distribution of utilities. With the help of modern concepts, techniques and tools the maintenance employees work on an optimal balance between preventive and correct maintenance, this according to GMP regulations. The quality of work and living environment are first priority for the production of affordable medicines. The team of engineers and technicians are driven to deliver professional services in an international team. The Utility Operators work 24/7 on production and distribution of Utilities (water for injection, clean steam, clean room HVAC, gasses, etc.). The operators are driven professionals going for quality and reliable delivery with proven pharmaceutical quality.
